Teresa will begin accepting clients in the spring of 2025.
Teresa is currently working towards a Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Westminster Theological Seminary. Previously, she enjoyed a 20-year career as a federal IT auditor. In 2023, Teresa began shifting gears to pursue biblical counseling and resigned from her federal position in mid-2024 to focus on school and ministry. She is passionate about encouraging others to rest in the work of Christ through life’s ups, downs, and steady circumstances. Teresa has seen and experienced the power of the Cross in her own life and in the lives of others. She is honored to walk with people through the usually unexpected ways Jesus compassionately mends hurting and broken hearts while showing His comforting grace to our often-messy lives.
After being raised and attending college in Los Angeles, Teresa lived in New York, Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia for the better part of the last two decades. She greatly grew in her appreciation for the body of Christ and biblical counseling while attending several healthy churches on the east coast. In June 2020, Teresa and her husband moved with their two daughters to northern Denver, Colorado. Her most favorite thing is spending time with people; otherwise, she is reading, learning piano, and helping to organize whatever she can get her hands on. Teresa and her husband serve faithfully as members at Redeemer Bible Church in Brighton, Colorado.
