Jeff lives in Frederick, MD with his wife of over 30 years. He has two adult children and one grandson. Jeff presently serves as Lead Pastor at Neelsville Presbyterian Church, Germantown, MD. He also has served as a pastor at Grace Christian Church in Herndon, a church planter and co-pastor at City of Hope Church, a multi-racial church in Columbia, MD, the Small Groups/Shepherding Pastor at Broadneck E. P. Church in Annapolis, MD and the Small Groups/Pastoral Care Pastor at Chapelgate Presbyterian Church in Howard County, MD.
He was ordained in the Presbyterian Church in America for over 20 years and now ordained in ECO (Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians). He has a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from McDaniel College of Westminster, MD and a M.Div. from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO. Jeff has many years of pastoral and biblical counseling experience assisting couples, families, singles, and children. He enjoys tennis, running, and traveling with his wife and family.
He has a recurring dream to either win an Oscar or Tony Award for Best Actor or the U.S. Open Tennis championship. God has used the past struggles of infertility and loss of a stillborn son, Scott, to shape and help him and his family to understand and identity with people going through suffering and brokenness. He is also available to teach at churches and to speak at Retreats or seminars.
